Case Summary:
60 y/o female with history of liver disease and hypertension found to have multiple aneurysms involving branches of the superior mesenteric artery on screening CT for HCC. The largest aneurysm measures 1.6cm in maximal diameter. These appear to be associated with an occlusion of the celiac artery. Dr. Rahul Patel and Dr. Vivian Bishay plan to embolize these aneurysms from a transradial approach.
